Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Many Harvest Display Company products are custom printed, made to order, or produced specifically for each customer. Because of that, returns, refunds and cancellations are handled differently than standard retail goods.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of receipt so our team can review the issue. Please include your name, order number, a clear description of the issue and digital photos showing the defect.

Many concerns can be reviewed by email. If needed, we may request the item be returned for inspection.
If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will review the appropriate replacement or resolution.
Harvest Display Company generally cannot accept returns of non-defective products, including customized products and stock-design items that are printed or produced when ordered.
Many products are produced specifically for the customer and are not held as resalable inventory.
Non-defective made-to-order items usually cannot be returned, exchanged or restocked for resale.
Review proofs, templates, uploaded artwork, sizing, package contents and order details carefully before approval.
If you place an order and quickly decide not to proceed, contact us immediately. A full refund may be available within the one-hour cancellation window before production begins.
Cancellation requests should be made within one hour of purchase for stock designs or within one hour of proof approval for customized designs.
If you have doubts or need edits, contact our team immediately so changes can be reviewed before production starts.
Once the product enters production, cancellation or refund options may no longer be available.
If a cancellation request is made after the one-hour full-refund window but before production begins, a cancellation charge may apply. Once production has started, the order is generally no longer eligible for cancellation.
If production has not started, we will review whether cancellation is still possible.
A cancellation charge of up to 35% may apply when cancellation is requested after the initial one-hour full-refund window.
Because custom products are produced to order, cancellation may not be available after production begins.

After your order is placed, our team prepares your artwork proof. Once approved, your tents, signs, flags, banners or display package move into production.
