Harvest Display Company is committed to clear communication, quality products and practical customer support. If something goes wrong, we will do what is reasonably within our control to help review and resolve the issue.
These Terms and Conditions govern all use of this website, the services available on it and any transactions made through it. By using this site, requesting a mockup, uploading content, approving artwork or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and any related policies published on the site, including our policies relating to shipping, returns and privacy.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this site or place an order.
Harvest Display Company provides custom display products and display packages for agritourism attractions, including pumpkin patches, corn mazes, U-pick farms, apple orchards, farm markets and seasonal events.

Move from artwork approval to production, fulfillment and delivery.
You may submit or upload designs, logos, images, photos, vector graphics, text and other materials for use in connection with our products. By doing so, you confirm that you either own the content or have the necessary permission to use, modify, alter and print it.
You retain your intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the content you upload or email to us. By submitting content to Harvest Display Company, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, modify, print, display, transmit and distribute that content as necessary to provide our products and services.
In some cases, and only with your permission, images of completed custom products may be displayed in our gallery, website, portfolio or promotional materials.
We recommend that all customers keep backup copies of any content they submit. We are not responsible for the loss, deletion or corruption of uploaded or emailed files.
You acknowledge that enlarged images or non-vector artwork may lose definition, and that colour variation may occur in the finished product. Final output may vary depending on file quality, materials, screen settings and production conditions.
You may not upload, email or order products containing content that is unlawful, pornographic, obscene, indecent, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, violent, misleading or otherwise offensive.
Do not submit logos, artwork, trademarks or images you do not own or have permission to use.
We may refuse hateful, obscene, discriminatory, threatening or inappropriate designs.
We do not accept projects that promote unlawful activity or violate third-party rights.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during checkout or inquiry is accurate and complete, including your contact details, shipping address, payment details, product specifications, package selections and uploaded content.
An order is not considered accepted until you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept, decline, cancel or modify any order.
Prices are set by Harvest Display Company and may change at any time. Shipping charges, taxes and additional fees may be shown separately where applicable.
We generally allow a one-hour window after your order is placed or after proofs are approved before production begins. During that time, you should contact us immediately if you need to make a change or cancel your order.
After that one-hour period, production resources may already be committed. If you cancel after that point but before production begins, a cancellation charge may apply. Once production has started, changes, cancellations or refunds may no longer be available.

Production timelines are estimates only and do not guarantee shipment or delivery by a specific date. Production typically begins after artwork approval, not necessarily when an order is placed.
Product images, mockups and digital previews shown on our site or provided by our team are intended as good representations of the products we produce, but final printed colour, scale and appearance may vary depending on materials, artwork quality and production conditions.

Return and cancellation rights differ depending on whether a product is customized, made to order or eligible for resale.
Customized products made to your specifications are generally not eligible for return unless there is a verified manufacturing fault or workmanship issue.
In the event of a manufacturing fault, please notify us and provide photographs. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or other resolution.

We may terminate an order, refuse service or cancel a project at our discretion and without notice. Where appropriate, any refund due will be issued in accordance with our applicable policies.
You may not use this website or our services to break the law, interfere with our systems, attempt unauthorized access or introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material.
Unless otherwise permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, alter, tamper with or otherwise use materials contained on this website for any purpose other than completing a transaction or inquiry with Harvest Display Company.
We may change the format, content, products or services offered on the website at any time. We may also suspend or terminate the operation of the website, in whole or in part, for maintenance, updates or other business reasons without notice.
By uploading, emailing or creating designs for use with our products, you grant Harvest Display Company a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, display, modify and print the design as necessary to provide products, proofs, mockups, production services and related customer support.
You agree to indemnify and hold Harvest Display Company, its team members, partners, suppliers and service providers harmless against claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, violation of law or infringement of any third-party rights.
