Artwork & Design

Can I customize the designs?
Absolutely. Every package can be customized with your logo, colours, text, images and branding.
Do you provide mockups before production?
Yes. We provide digital mockups for approval before production begins. Nothing is produced until you approve the artwork.
Can you help create artwork?
Yes. Our team can assist with layouts, branding updates and adapting your logo and messaging for display products.

Products & Packages

Can I purchase individual products?
Yes. While we offer bundled packages, individual tents, flags, banners, sandwich boards and signage can also be purchased separately.
Can I start with one package and add more later?
Absolutely. Many customers start with an Admissions Package or Roadside Visibility Package and expand as their attraction grows.
Are your displays suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Our products are designed for seasonal outdoor use and can be stored and reused year after year.

Ordering & Production

How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks before your event to allow time for design, approval, production and shipping.
How long does production take?
Production times vary by product, but most orders are completed within a few business days after artwork approval.
Can I make changes after approving artwork?
Changes can be made before production begins. Once production starts, modifications may not be possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship across North America?
Yes. We ship throughout Canada and the United States.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Can you ship directly to my farm?
Absolutely. Orders can be shipped directly to your farm, office or event location.
